Terms and Conditions for Affiliate Programme:
GENERAL Terms and Conditions

• JetLite will supply approved creative to Shoogloo Network together with a specific URL which the creative needs to link to. These will in-turn be made available to publishers (Affiliates)
  
• Publishers (Affiliates) should not deviate from the supplied creative, editorial or URL - as this may result in non-payment and the withdrawal of the affiliate from the JetLite program
  
• Publishers must use the supplied editorial in full
  
• All affiliates must use dynamically served creative and editorial. Those who are found to be using non-compliant, hard coded creative or copy, run the risk of non-payment and being removed from the program
  
• Should an affiliate wish to use their own editorial or creative, they must first contact Shoogloo Network, who will obtain specific and explicit direction from JetLite on the use of the editorial
  
• Affiliates agree to maintain their sites to a high standard of functionality, with minimal disruption from broken links/images/etc
  
• Affiliates agree to remove all JetLite related content from their sites upon request from either Shoogloo Network or JetLite immediately following such a request
  
• These terms and conditions exist in addition to those imposed by Shoogloo Network regarding sites on the affiliate network
  
• For minor breaches JetLite or Shoogloo Network may issue the affiliate with a warning, the affiliate must correct the error or remove the offending content immediately. If content is not updated within 48 hours, the affiliate will be suspended from the program and payment will not be released for sales generated throughout the time the site is suspended
  
• A maximum of 3 warnings per affiliate will be issued before the affiliate is asked to remove all JetLite related content from their websites, this is regardless of the website on which the breach occurs or the length of time the affiliate has been part of the program. JetLite and Shoogloo Network still reserve the right to request the removal of all JetLite related content from a website immediately and without warning, as above
  
• Affiliates must not email JetLite Product information to their customer base without the prior consent of JetLite
  
• Affiliates must abide to the search policies mentioned below in the keyword bidding guidelines. Any affiliate found violating these guidelines may be terminated for JetLite programs
  
• JetLite or Shoogloo Network hold the right to ask affiliate as how and where the traffic is being generated from. Affiliates found generating traffic through unethical means (spamming mails etc.) will be terminated for JetLite program without any prior notice to affiliate
  
• JetLite reserves the right to terminate any Affiliate it chooses for whatever reason. In such circumstances the affiliate will be paid-up, to the date of account cancellation, unless they have committed fraud, and in that case their details will be passed to appropriate Authorities, and all earnings voided
  
• Affiliates are not allowed to use the content which is available on JetLite website. Affiliates should use unique content provided through Editorial section on the affiliate login panel
  
• JetLite and Affiliates are independent contractors, and nothing in this terms and conditions will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales, representative, or employment relationship between the parties
  

SEARCH POLICY

a) Display URL

• Affiliates cannot include trademarks in the sub folders of the display URL's in their Search Engine Adverts
  Example:
  http://www.affiliatesite.com/%3EJetLite.com (or variations e.g. JetLite.co.in, JetLite.in)
  
• Affiliates can not include trademarks in the sub domain of the display URL's in their Search Engine Adverts
  Example
  www.JetLite.AffiliateSite.com
  
• Affiliates can not operate domains which contain trademarks for the sole purpose of driving traffic from Search Engines
  Example
  www.JetLite.co.in (or variations e.g. JetLite.in)
  

b) Ad Title

• Affiliates are not allowed to use trademarks in their Ad Copy Title

c) Ad Text

• Affiliates are not allowed to use trademarks in their Ad Copy Body

d) Keywords

• Affiliates are not allowed to show adverts on misspellings of advertiser's trademarks
• Affiliates are not allowed to show adverts for a search on advertiser's Company Name and trademarks
• Affiliates are not allowed to show adverts for a search on advertiser's Company Name or trademarks when also using generic terms. (i.e. Brand with Generic Terms)
• Affiliates are not allowed to show adverts on trademarks, or variations, of advertiser's competitors
