The Offer is valid for JetLite on board passengers only.
Participants can bid for all the products on offer, only two highest bidders per product will be declared winners.
Decision of "ShopLite" Master (SFS) shall be final.
If Winners refuse to accept his Winning Letter, the next highest bidder for the same product will be declared winner.
Winner should collect the product upon disembarkation from JetLite / AVA counters at Arrival Hall, or else, AVA Merchandising (P) Limited shall reserve the right to reject such request.
Any overwriting on the Bid Coupon or the Congratulatory Letter would mean automatic disqualification of the bid.
In case non availability of the product at the JetLite / AVA counter the passenger has an option to make the full payment of his bid amount at the counter and fill up the AVA Mail order Form for Free home delivery with in 21 days at no extra charge.
This offer is brought to you solely by "AVA Merchandising Pvt Ltd" JetLite is not making the offer and holds no warranty and is not representative of the delivery, service, suitability or quality of the offer and / or products and /or services under this offer.
JetLite is merely facilitating a value added service for its passengers. The passengers cannot hold JetLite liable for, any claims, losses, damages, deficiency of service, delay in service, cost and expense which the passenger may suffer due to participating / availing the Facility.
AVA Merchandising (P) Limited shall not be liable / responsible for any defect in the product. However, guarantee and warranty of the product shall be transferred, as received from the manufacturer/distributor.
The MRP mentioned in the catalogue is inclusive of all taxes.
AVA Merchandising (P) Limited reserves the right to amend or withdraw this scheme without any prior notice.
By entering the promotion, each passenger is deemed to have accepted to abide by these terms and conditions.
Any Dispute arising out of or in connection with or as a result of the facility shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi only.
