Boarding Card Delights Terms and Conditions
This Offer is purely for the benefit of the guests traveling on Jet Airways & JetLite flights where under they are offered certain benefits / discounts through the partners participating in the Offer (“participating partners”). As such, Jet Airways or JetLite do not assume any claim, responsibility or liability arising out of or in connection with this Offer.
For the offer validity, please visit the individual partner offer page. To avail of the offer, guests must present the original Jet Airways or JetLite Boarding Card / photocopy of the Jet Airways or JetLite Boarding Card or Jet Airways or JetLite boarding card generated through Web, SMS and Kiosk Check-in.
The guests need to complete their travel and also present the boarding card personally only during the offer period.
The offers on the boarding cards are available at the select locations/outlets of the participating partners during the offer period.
To avail of the offer, besides the presentation of the board card as aforesaid, the guests need to present their photo identification so as to avoid any misuse of the offer. The outlets of the participating partners Outlets shall exercise their discretion in this regard and the same shall be binding on the guests.
Guests are entitled to only one single discount / benefit against one boarding card. More than one boarding card cannot be presented for getting multiple discounts / benefits on a single product / service.
Guests are not allowed to postpone the claiming of the discounts / benefits and similarly, they are not allowed to claim the past benefits after the offer period is over.
This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts / promotions offered either by Jet Airways or JetLite or by the participating partners.
Jet Airways India Limited & JetLite do not make any representations about, endorse, control or guarantee the quality or fitness of, the goods or services offered by the participating partners. Any grievances / queries in this regard should be taken up directly with the participating partners, without directly / indirectly involving Jet Airways & JetLite. Jet Airways and JetLite shall not entertain any claim in this regard.
Jet Airways/JetLite is not an agent, intermediary or a partner of the participating partners.
All offers from participating partners will be governed by individual partner terms and conditions mentioned on the website jetairways.com and jetlite.com.
Jet Airways & JetLite will not be responsible, or liable to any person, for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage or bodily injury or death arising from the purchase of any goods or use of services under this offer.
Jet Airways/JetLite may change, modify, extend or terminate part or the whole of the offer at any time during the offer period, without any prior notice.
This offer is subject to the laws of India and the courts in Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
