Unique to JetPrivilege, DTR is an award winning, multi-period and multi-criteria-based tier review. It has no precedent anywhere in the world. With DTR, upgrade to the higher tier is quicker and tier renewal is easier.

The DTR evaluates a member's tier based on Tier Points and Tier JPMiles.

- Tier Points and Tier JPMiles are those earned on qualifying Jet Airways, Jet Airways Konnect, JetLite and Jet Airways codeshare flights. Also earn additional Tier Points and Tier JPMiles for flights in First Class and Première on Jet Airways and Konnect Select on Jet Airways Konnect. Classes not listed in the tables below will not be eligible for earning Tier Points and Tier JPMiles.

- Cabin Bonus: JetPrivilege Platinum members earn 125% of Base JPMiles in First Class and 60% in Première for travel on Jet Airways.
- Tier JPMiles include only Base JPMiles and Cabin Bonus. They do not include Tier Bonus or any other Bonus JPMiles.

Tier Renewal

With DTR, tier renewal is easier and more flexible.
DTR reviews Tier Points and Tier JPMiles earned in a 12month time-frame preceding your tier review date:
- If the 12-month criteria is not met, then the 18-month time-frame will be considered
- If the 18-month criteria is not met, then the 24-month time-frame will be considered
With each increase in time-frame, the DTR reduces the number of Tier Points and Tier JPMiles, making tier renewal easier.

Blue Plus tier will be reviewed only for an upgrade and the tier will not change to Blue. And we have further reduced the tier renewal requirement for the 18-month and 24-month criteria:

On accumulating 3,500 JPMiles and any 2 activities (on Jet Airways, Jet Airways Konnect, Jet Airways Codeshare, JetLite flights and on programme partners, members can start redeeming JPMiles for award tickets on Jet Airways, Jet Airways Konnect, JetLite and on Airline Partners.

Members can also take advantage of the following options:
- Purchase JPMiles at the rate of Rs. 1.25 per mile; incase of short of JPMiles for an award ticket.
- Transfer JPMiles from your account to another JetPrivilege membership account.
- JPMiles Upgrade (upgrade a revenue ticket for a one-cabin upgrade to Première or First Class with JPMiles. Valid on domestic and international Jet Airways flights only).
- Cash Upgrade (upgrade an Economy award ticket to Première with cash. Valid on Jet Airways flights within India only). For more details log on jetairways.com 

Revision to No Show Charges on Jet Airways/JetLite Award Tickets:
Please note, for travel effective November 10, 2011, incase of a No-Show on award tickets, JetPrivilege members will have to forfeit 100% of the redeemed JPMiles for the concerned sector.
- This charge will be applicable to all membership tiers
- For all Domestic and International award tickets issued on or before November 10, 2011, (i.e. irrespective of the award ticket issued date) for travel dated November 10, 2011 and beyond
- For award travel on Jet Airways, Jet Airways Konnect, JetLite and Jet Airways code-share flights (Jet Airways marketed - S2 operated)
- When traveling on Jet Airways international sectors, if the guest is a No-Show on the outbound journey, then the in-bound segment (sector of travel) will be automatically cancelled simultaneously and will not be retained. However, incase of a travel within India, if the guest is a No-Show on the outbound journey, then the in-bound segment (sector of travel) will not be automatically cancelled.

No show charges will be levied if the guest fails to report for the flight either for check-in before counter closure or at the gate for boarding (gate no-show).

• Tele Check-in: Effective December 19, 2011, JetPrivilege members holding the Blue Plus, Silver, Gold and Platinum tiers can enjoy the benefit of Tele check-in.
  • Applicable on domestic and international flights marketed and operated by Jet Lite.
  • Tele Check-in timings: JetPrivilege Platinum and Gold members can tele check-in within 48 hours of departure.
  • JetPrivilege Silver and Blue Plus members: within 24 hours of departure.
• Guaranteed reservations up to 24 hours prior Departure: JetPrivilege Platinum and Gold members enjoy a guaranteed reservation* in Economy on Jet Airways, Jet Airways Konnect and JetLite on domestic sectors within India. Request for confirmation must be made at least 24 hours before flight departure against full-fare revenue (Y/M class on Jet Airways and Jet Airways Konnect. W/Y class on JetLite) Economy ticket.
  *While we do our utmost to provide the reservation guarantee, there may be occasions during the year when exceptional demand on specific routes would render us unable to fulfill this
• Waiver of cancellation fees on published fares - exclusively for JetPrivilege Platinum members
  The waiver includes cancellation charges levied on tickets issued against a revenue published fare:
  - towards revalidation of the ticket
  - towards refund of the ticket
  - towards reissue of the ticket
• The waiver does not include:
  - Check fares, Non-refundable tickets
  - No Show and Gate No Show charges
  To avail the benefit, JetPrivilege Platinum membership number must be updated at the time of making the bookings on Jet Airways, Jet Airways Konnect and JetLite. *JetLite is w.e.f. 01 April 2010.

JetPrivilege Platinum, Gold and Silver members; and Jet Airways Citibank Platinum Credit Card holders can relax in select Jet Airways lounges (where available) while taking a Jet Airways flight within India. At airports with multiple lounges, our Guest Service staff will assist you to the appropriate lounge.

Lounge access at domestic airports is as follows:

• JetPrivilege Platinum, Gold and Silver members can access the lounge
• Jet Airways Citibank Platinum credit cardholders and guests booked to travel in Première, on Jet Airways, can also access the lounge
• Jet Airways Citibank Platinum credit cardholders who are also JetPrivilege Platinum, Gold or Silver members or are booked to travel in Première, on Jet Airways, will be offered only 1 lounge card.
• Lounge access will be offered at the departure airport, wherever available, when flying on Jet Airways marketed and operated flights
• Lounge access will also not be available when the original Jet Airways flight has been cancelled or re-routed to a Jet Airways Konnect flight
• For in-transit JetPrivilege members, the lounge access will be offered only if the onward journey is on a Jet Airways marketed and operated flight On Jet Airways Konnect, JetLite and JetAirways codeshare flights with JetLite
• Lounge access will be available to Guests travelling on Jet Airways Konnect, JetLite or JetAirways codeshare flights with JetLite with immediate onward connection to a Jet Airways international flight in Première or First Class
• On arrival into India on a Jet Airways' international flight in Première or First Class, Guests can access lounge, at the first point of entry, when the onward connection is on a Jet Airways Konnect, JetLite or JetAirways codeshare flights with JetLite
• Lounge access will not be available when booked to travel on Jet Airways Konnect identifiable under flight series no 9W 2000 and 9W 2999 and on JetLite flights
• Lounge access will be available to all guests traveling on Jet Airways Konnect, at departure airport (where available)

For International travel on Jet Airways:

JetPrivilege Platinum and Gold members can access lounge at select international airports, at the time of departure or while in transit to board a Jet Airways marketed and operated flight.

At airports where there are multiple lounges, in the interest of optimum utilization of lounge and to ensure least inconvenience to our Guests; the Guest Services Team will assist with the appropriate lounge.

The JetPrivilege programme gives you opportunities to earn JPMiles on JetLite flights across various fare types as per the multi-level mileage earning. The base JPMiles that are earned for a particular city is directly proportionate to the distance between the origin-destination city pair.
