Upon disembarkation passengers can approach ShopLite/AVA Counters and exchange the voucher with the product he/she won and pay the taxes/handling charges either in cash or by credit/debit card, Master / Visa Card accepted. Passengers can also redeem the voucher over the phone by confirming the gift code and pay by credit card only.

The gift will be delivered within 21 working days without any extra charges, however, octroi, if applicable, shall be borne by the passenger.

Any defects found in goods, the passenger must call AVA helpline no.1800-1800-300 within 48 hours of the product delivered. However in case of failure to do so, the product shall be considered as used. Defective product will be replaced within 21 working days.

Any Dispute arising out of or in connection with or as a result of the facility shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi only.
