Jetlite provides you with a pre packed meal onboard. Still the guests are allowed to carry certain food items like fast food, chips, biscuits, snacks, special meals for infants and food prescribed by dieticians and Doctors. We request you not to carry any food item that may create a mess. Ex. Curries, Sauces, Pickles etc.

The pet should be muzzled (tranquilized) along with a certificate from a registered veterinary doctor, detailing the pets health condition and fitness to travel. The pet should be placed in a IATA approved cage and not more than one pet per cage will be allowed. The Pet can be either sent by our airline as cargo or as accompanied baggage with a passenger. The cage will not be allowed in the cabin and will be placed safely in a a separate pressurized / temperature controlled compartment. Jetlite recommends children between the age of 5-12 years traveling alone to travel as “Unaccompanied minors”. At the point of Embarkation the Kin (Escort) will need to fill up the UNM form, detailing personal details of self as well as details of the person who will receive the child at the point of disembarkment.

The person who comes to receive the child should produce an Identification card and the details provided in the UNM form should match with the same for Jetlite to handover the child to that person.

Expectant mothers in there pregnancy up to 33 weeks are permitted to travel on Jetlite.

Please produce a registered doctor’s certificate stating “Fit to travel” condition, issued within 48 hours before scheduled departure.

Jetlite will provide all assistance to help carry and offload the baggage/ luggage at the airport for expectant mothers.
