Refund & Cancellation

1. Waitlist, USD or Infant Tickets – nil cancellation charges
2. Open Tickets - nil cancellation charges.
3. Confirmed Tickets Cancelled at least 1 hour prior to Departure - Cancellation charges INR 100.
4. Confirmed Tickets Cancelled for refund within 1 hour of Departure or No-Show – 30% of the basic fare.
5. Refund / Rerouting Charges of INR .100/- will be charged on CONFIRMED TKTS cancelled at NIL Charges.

However confirmed tickets cancelled even within 1 hour of departure can be revalidated for travel within the next 24 hours without any cancellation charges. This facility is available only once, failure to travel will be treated as NO SHOW & no further revalidation allowed.

Eligibility	–	Published in INR tariff can be applied to Indian Nationals/ Foreign Nationals/ NRI   for sales and ticketing in India.
Child Discount	–	Not permitted.
Infant Fare	–	INR 650
Cabin Class	–	Economy
Ticket Validity	–	As per date of departure, not valid after the date of departure of the last coupon of   the ticket.

Refund & Cancellation

1. INR 750 will be charged as cancellation charges for each transaction if reservation is cancelled more than 01hr prior to departure.
2. 100% of Basic fare will be charged as cancellation charges for each cancelled sector if reservation is cancelled within 01hr or No Show.
3. Voiding Charges - INR 1000 per ticket.
4. Date/Flight change allowed; follow the Re-issuance procedure.
5. In the event of flight disruption/cancellation of flights airport handling procedures apply. However such tickets cannot be endorsed to other carriers.

Re-issuance: Permitted, if changed at least 01 hour prior to departure, in same class if seats are available or in next available Higher class on collection of Difference in fare plus re-issuance charges of INR500 per transaction.

1. I - Class to be bought minimum 15 days prior to departure.
2. Z - Class to be bought minimum 30 days prior to departure.
